The purpose of the Gallatin Ice Foundation is twofold:

1. Coordination of the fundraising for, and subsequent design and construction of, a new two-rink arena. The new arena is to be located at the existing site of, and include, the Haynes Pavilion at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds.

2. Management and operations of the existing Haynes Pavilion ice arena, and ultimately a new two-rink arena, for all ice users in the greater Gallatin Valley area, including:

- Youth Hockey
- Icedogs Junior A Hockey
- Figure Skating
- Adult Hockey
- MSU Hellcats Hockey
- Public recreational skating
- etc.


The Mission of the Gallatin Ice Foundation is to provide for the greater Gallatin Valley community fun and affordable ice skating opportunities, which include hockey, figure skating and recreational ice-skating, for the greatest number of citizens, young and old, and of all skill levels.
